As a Sales Director, I have the opportunity to lead a complex international sales organization with enthusiasm and determination, contributing to the success of my team, customer satisfaction and the company’s business growth.

My professional sales experiences, complemented by specific educational backgrounds (MBA, Miller Heiman, Holden UK), give me the opportunity to fully understand industrial processes, starting with mold design (Rives), manufacturing (Bobst), in line production (Nimax/Domino), logistics (Pitney Bowes, Quadient), marketing, sales and after-sales processes, with a main focus on digitization (Salesforce).

Through international experiences, I learn about different cultures, languages and traditions, which allow me to modulate my objectives, always connecting them to the knowledge and thoughts of others.

In my personal journey, after completing an Ironman and other endurance sports competitions, I have learned that with determination and preparation it is possible to achieve results that may initially seem impossible.
